TRAINING COSTS
WE CAN HELP YOU:
- Perform skill assessments and aptitude testing
- Establish apprenticeship/ internship programs
- Information and referral to local training providers
- Train staff with business and
human resource workshops - On-the-Job Training Underwrites the cost of hourly wages with 50% reimbursement
- Reimbursement not to exceed $8,000 per new hire
- Training length not to exceed six months or 1040 hours
- Hourly wage must exceed $12 per hour
- Eligibility required (long-term unemployed, income eligible, or laid-off)
- Incumbent Worker Training Upgrade or retain skilled employees
- Reimbursement of up to 90% of the cost of training
- No eligibility for employees
- Measurable outcome such as wage gain, certification, or skills gain
